My Passion
Since learning the Neuro-Muscular Activation approach, my whole practice has changed. So often many treatments just treat the symptoms and not the root cause of the problem and consequently the patients begin an endless journey trying different treatments and professions ignorer to resolve their problem.
With Neuro-Muscular Activations, we let the body tell us what is wrong. By assessing the way your body moves right now, we can identify where the system has broken down and can then facilitate correcting it.
Changes in muscle length and strength are often immediate, it almost seems impossible, but when you do the right thing, the body responds immediately. This simple but profound approach, together with manual physiotherapy skills can help so many people and my passion is to help get this knowledge out into the world, so we can help many more people who are suffering needlessly.

In this world of evidence-based everything, which incidentally I think is killing our profession, this unique Neuro-Muscular Activations technique of assessing, treating, and reassessing cannot be more objective if you tried.
Activations resolve so many unanswered questions I’ve had throughout my long career, finally, it all made so much sense. It’s easy to believe what we read, articles, lectures, research but this methodology is objective and real and the way it has been created, can be easily demonstrated even to the most cynical of people.
As a result, the whole of my practice predominantly consists of Neuro-Muscular Activations alongside manual physiotherapy techniques, treating everything from back pain to Parkinson’s patients.
Having been practicing for over 35 years, this technique has truly made my journey even more exciting and humbling as I help to facilitate changes and shifts that previously were never thought possible.
